It is a waste for us to cut less than 3 polyps on acans due to possible head loss.  If you order less than 3 polyps of any 1 type of acan we will try and contact you to send payment to meet the minimum.  If we cannot get a hold of you we will simply return payment and cancel the order.  Please read all descriptions to avoid delay in your order.

Of course!  From the time you sign for your package, or make your purchase at our store, your livestock is guaranteed for 2 hours.  You must sign for the delivery on the fisrt attempt.  If we aren’t contacted within that time frame there isn’t anything we can do.  We try our best to make sure we are selling only the healthiest fish and coral, but with that being said, things happen.  Of course, if you are not in the area and cannot bring us proof of death, pictures along with contacting us will do just fine.  We do not refund shipping costs.  We do not issue refunds, but you will recieve a credit in the full amount of purchase toward your next order.

Fed Ex is our shipping carrier.  We ship Tuesday thru Friday.  If you are interested in Saturday shipping call and let us know and we can make arrangements to ship your package for Monday morning delivery.  All livestock is shipped next day air and will require a signature at time of delivery.

Currently we are accepting Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal.  If you would like place an order and would like to pay with a money order or personal check, call us and we will do what we can to hold an item until payment has been received.  There will be a 5% charge added to your total at check out if paying with one of these two methods.

I’m glad you asked!  Every once in a while we come across a fish or a piece of coral that is just so beautiful and rare that we put it in our Fish n’ Frags Collection.  Whether it be a piece that we want to feature in our FnF Featured Creatures section or something we just find unusual and rare, these pieces are worth there price in gold.  Get them while you can, as we tend to sell out of these items quickly.

If an item is sold out it will remain on the site for 7 days. If we continue to still have it advertised, that is simply our way of letting you know that we hold a mother colony of that particular coral and will be offering it for sale again in the future.

Yes we do!  If you would like to inquire about being added to a waiting list for a particular fish or coral, send us an email and let us know.  We are always willing to provide you with your desired livestock as soon as it becomes available.
